Withdrawal
We require 30 days written notice of your child’s withdrawal from our Centre. Any withdrawal of less than 30 days is subject to full fees. Please ask staff for a withdrawal form.
Once we have received 30 days written notice, we credit your account $50 of your registration fee.
Changing Days of Enrolment
We also require 30 days notice of any request to change days of enrollment.

Dismissal
We want to ensure that all children are safe and comfortable at our Centre, so we reserve the right to dismiss your child from the Centre due to any of the following:
- Non-compliance with Cedar Grove Childcare Centre’s policies and/or procedures
- Failure to work with staff to meet the needs of one’s child
- Late or Non-payment of fees
- Disagreement with our Statement of Faith
It is our desire to work together in every way possible to give your child a secure enriching environment at our Centre. All staff members are available for you to discuss any concerns regarding your child.
