Calm, nurturing responsive environment that provides opportunities for your baby to explore, learn and grow at his or her own pace
Our program teachers ensure that
- Each infant's growth and well-being is nurtured as they being their early learning journey
- A warm and inclusive infant program is created where every child feels safe, seen and supported
- They model kindness, patience, and gentle guidance, creating an atmosphere where infants feel comforted, respected and valued
Our Infant Program is thoughtfully designed to meet the individual needs of each child within a calm, consistent, and stimulating environment. Educators practice primary caregiving, ensuring continuity of care and strong, trusting relationships. Through both verbal and non-verbal communication—such as eye contact, gestures, touch, and tone—educators support infants’ emotional development, early communication, and emerging identity.
How We Achieve It
The daily rhythm of the infant room is predictable yet flexible, respecting each child’s natural routines, temperament, and developmental stage. Through songs, movement, simple sign language, stories, infants are naturally supported in:
- Gross and fine motor skills development
- Communication
- Early language development
- Social/emotional development
Learning is embedded throughout the day in caregiving routines, play, and spontaneous moments of discovery. Infants are offered sensory-rich experiences—both educator-planned and child- initiated—that support physical development, early cognition, and emotional awareness. As infants explore their environment, they begin to develop early social skills such as expressing preferences, observing others, engaging in simple interactions, and building relationships with peers and caregivers.
