If your child is absent due to illness or away on vacation, the full monthly fee is still required each month to secure your child’s placement.
An Extended Absence constitutes no less than four (4) or more consecutive weeks of absence to a maximum of eight (8) weeks in a twelve (12) month period. There are a limited number of spaces that will be opened up to access this benefit each year. A minimum of one month’s notice is required to be given to request an Extended Absence. Less than one month’s notice will be subject to regular monthly fees.
The extended absence fee due will be 50% of the regular monthly fee when at least one month's notice is provided. This fee is to be paid before the extended absence begins. This benefit will be granted on a first come, first serve basis and is subject to Management’s approval. Please ask staff for an Extended Absence Form.
